Abstract
Male pseudohermaphroditism will be defined as chromatin negative individuals who have the failure of normal development of the normal male. Male pseudohermaphroditism can result from deficient testosterone secretion as a consequence of (1) failure of testicular differentiation, (2) failure of secretion of testosterone or Mullerian duct inhibitory factor, (3) failure of target tissue response to testosterone or dihydrotestosterone. and (4) failure of conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone.
We experienced a case of male pseudohermaphroditism in a 13 year old boy, so we report this case with a review of literatures.
